Classic Martini

INGREDIENTS:
60 ml Zin
15 ml Dry Vermouth
1-2 Olives
Optional: a dash of Aungustra Bitter
PREPARATION:
In a mixing glass filled with ice cubes, combine the gin and vermouth, pouring more or less vermouth to your taste. Stir for 30 sec.
Strain into a chilled martini glassAdd a dash of orange or Angostura bitters, if desired.
GARNISH: Olives & lemon twist

Kiwi Martini
INGREDIENTS:
80ml vodka
10ml kiwi liqueur
1/2 skinned kiwi
1 bar spoon simple sugar syrup
PREPARATION:
Muddle the skinned kiwi with sugar syrup and kiwi liqueur in a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and vodka. Shake well.
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
GARNISH: Kiwi
Lychee Martini
INGREDIENTS:
45ml vodka
45ml Lichido liqueur
1 bar spoon lime juice
1 pitted lychee
PREPARATION:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
GARNISH: Lychee
Mary Rose Martini
INGREDIENTS:
60ml vodka
15ml cassis liqueur
15ml cranberry juice
splash of club soda
PREPARATION:
In a shaker, combine vodka, cranberry juice and cassis.
Add ice and shake.
Pour a splash of club soda into a chilled cocktail glass.
Fine strain the contents of the shaker into the glass, over the soda.
GARNISH:
Irish Martini
INGREDIENTS:
70ml vodka
1 bar spoon dry vermouth
15ml Irish whiskey
PREPARATION:
Pour the Irish whiskey into a chilled cocktail glass.
Swirl around the glass in order to coat the inside.
Drain the excess whiskey into cocktail shaker.
Pour the vodka and dry vermouth into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well.
Fine strain into the cocktail glass.
